Trading Ward is a risk-monitoring tool operated by P4 Provider ("we", "us"). You define your own trading rules, such as a daily loss limit or a leverage cap, and Trading Ward watches your connected accounts and notifies you about those rules: when you are getting close, when you have crossed them, and what happened afterwards.
Cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance, Bybit, MEXC). Trading Ward connects with a read-only API key and verifies, where the exchange allows verification, that the key cannot trade or withdraw. On crypto accounts Trading Ward only watches and alerts. It never places, modifies, closes or blocks any trade, and never moves any asset. Where an exchange offers no way to verify a key's permissions, the app says so.
MetaTrader 5. Monitoring and, where you explicitly enable it, position closing are performed by an Expert Advisor that runs inside your own terminal, under rules you configured. Closing is currently limited to demo and contest accounts. Nothing operates while your terminal is closed. We never receive or store your broker password.
The app labels every rule with its true capability. If a label and these terms ever disagree, the label is the more current statement.
Tightening a rule applies immediately. Loosening or disabling one takes effect after a 24-hour delay, during which the stricter setting remains in force. This is a designed feature of the service, not a defect: a limit you can remove mid-trade is not a limit. The in-app emergency stop for live features is the deliberate exception and is immediate.
During the pilot, Trading Ward is free for P4 Provider students. If paid tiers are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be published before anything is charged, and these terms will be updated.
What we collect and why is described in the privacy page. In short: account market data needed to evaluate your rules, the rules themselves, and the event log that shows you our working. We never sell your data.
The service is provided as-is during the pilot. We work to keep monitoring continuous and honest about gaps (the app tells you when it cannot see an account rather than pretending), but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free pilot is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You can disconnect any account or delete your connection at any time in the app, which stops monitoring of it immediately. We may suspend or end access for abuse, for security reasons, or if required by law or a regulator.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
