No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The landing page makes exactly one network request: submitting the waitlist form, if you choose to.
Waitlist: we store your email, which markets you said you trade, and a one-way hash of your network address used only to limit abuse. Raw IP addresses are never stored. We email you about Trading Ward opening and nothing else, and never share the list.
The product
When you connect an account inside the app, Trading Ward stores:
Your rules, their history of changes, and the pending 24-hour changes.
Market snapshots of your account: balances, equity, open positions, leverage, margin. This is what your rules are evaluated against, and it is what powers the dashboards you see.
The event log: each alert with the value observed, the limit crossed, and how fresh the data was. This is your evidence trail as much as ours.
Exchange API keys, encrypted at rest with keys held outside the database. On crypto these are read-only credentials that cannot trade or withdraw. Your MT5 broker password is never sent to us and never stored: the Expert Advisor authenticates with a revocable token instead.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data, to anyone, for anything.
We do not use your account data to trade, signal, or front-run. On crypto the keys we hold could not do so anyway.
We do not keep raw data forever: old snapshots are thinned on a schedule and events age out, with unresolved critical alerts deliberately kept.
Where data lives
Application data is stored with our cloud database provider (Supabase) and processed on
infrastructure we operate. Access is restricted by row-level security so members can only
ever read their own records, and the encryption keys for stored credentials are not kept
in the database they protect.
Your choices
Disconnect any account in the app at any time; monitoring of it stops immediately.
Ask for your data or its deletion through the in-app support desk. Account deletion removes your connections, rules and events, subject to records we must keep by law.
